Property details
The Hollies is a substantial detached period house set within its own gardens and has private driveway parking for two cars. This delightful property enjoys a prime residential location within the charming market town of Holt being just a short walk to the myriad of small interesting shops, art galleries, antiques, restaurants, boutiques, and some lovely restaurants and cafes.
The spacious interior offers an Entrance Hall with cloaks off, through to a large dining kitchen which includes a comfortable sitting area with a log burner. There is a boot room and utility room. Lovely living room, then to the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two sturdy bunk beds. Two bathrooms. (The fourth and fifth bedrooms are locked and used for the owners storage).
Outside there is an enclosed front garden, and to the rear is a good sized garden with patio area offering sheltered sitting and alfresco dining.
There is a private driveway allowing for 2 car parking spaces.
One well behaved dog is allowed (to be kept in the boot room overnight, and not allowed upstairs or on furniture).
