Our Property Manager Jamie Lawrence will put together a bespoke home care package for your property; gardening, window cleaning ,periodic interior cleans, chimney / flue swept along with the servicing of boilers and other heating elements, batteries and bulbs are automatically changed as required. Jamie will also oversee any maintenance issues that may arise from time to time, and we have trusted local contractors ready to deal with such eventualities. The most likely repairs of this nature may be plumbing leaks, heating issues, or problems with kitchen appliances we advise you of any outstanding repairs required and take your instructions. We can also schedule in planned maintenance such as decorating or carpet cleans.
